i am not ttc yet - how soon should i start this program?
Pregnancy is one of the most (if not the most) depleting seasons of a woman's life and can bring unwanted challenges that could be reduced or completely mitigated with a proactive approach.
We recommend giving yourself at least 6 months to work through the program before you start "trying". Often times, we uncover deep-rooted imbalances that require sufficient time and effort in order to optimize health for all parties, including your future baby.
If you are currently on hormonal birth control, we recommend coming off of birth control 9-12 months prior to TTC in order to work on depletions and side effects of synthetic hormones.
i am currently ttc - can i still join?
Fit fertility is a program focused on preconception, rather than infertility. In saying that, we can work with those who are currently trying to conceive, however we strongly encourage you to come into the program with flexibility and an open mind. There are certain protocols where TTC is not recommended and sufficient time and effort should be given to restoring health before prioritizing conception.
Please be advised that if you are unwilling to pause your TTC journey for a short period of time (1-3 months), this will not be a good fit for you and we do not recommend joining fit fertility.
i am dealing with infertility. Will this program help?
Fit fertility is not a program created to support those specifically working through infertility, but rather as a program to support preconception health in order to achieve the best outcomes with fertility and future health.
If you are currently undergoing IVF, we do not recommend joining fit fertility.
However, we have had clients become pregnant naturally after being told IVF is their only option, so if you are wanting support before moving to that step, we would love to help you. The work we do inside this program may help you conceive naturally, and will surely benefit those who will participate in fertility treatments in future.
